« I Need HELP with the Hem of my Nothin' But a T-Shirt | Main | Well, he's not quite as sexy as he was as a pirate... »

I know what you mean. Seems like I have maybe 10 people a day that look at my blog, and rarely do I get comments!I see you like Tim Burton, Johnny Depp, and Danny Elfman, so I'll have a link to your blog on mine. Feel free to check in on it!

I love ya, I read ya, and I'll comment more :-)

Sorry to hear that hem is still giving you trouble. Maybe you're concentrating too hard? Have you tried just doing it while watching TV or a movie?

Your friend's knitting is great! I love bright, cheery colors for babies.

HI Beth,

Thanks, so much. You almost made me cry (and you saw that I do, real easily!!!!) The outfit looks real cute on the Web!!!!

The yarn used for the entire project is the Debbie Bliss, cotton cashmere combination. I bought it on clearance with you at Spirit Work and Design in Rochester and I fear it might be discontinued. Everything worked well, except the back of the jacket proved to be a good inch shorter than the left front, even within the size option. So then, I had to remove stitch holders and return everything to straight needles and knit up for one more inch.

I'm so glad everyone loves the buttons! They are even cuter in person, smoothe wood with little white gingham checks. I love them!! They were found at JoAnn Fabrics, one of our mega craft stores in Buffalo.

Too bad about the hem of the t-shirt. Can you put both back and front on a huge round needle and work them together, as if working two sleeves??????? This way, wrong side and right side will be facing the same direction and you are more or less knitting both sides at the same time. See if that works.

Thanks again, Beth, it was fun!!!!! You're a dear!!!

I love those cute little ducky buttons. Nothing wrong with taking a break from your knitting when it's making you crazy.
