Johnny Depp Made Me Mess Up My Knitting
So there we were, late on the last lazy Saturday afternoon of the whole Chanukah/X-mas/New Year's/Winter Break two weeks OFF... and with one kid not feeling too well, I stopped at Blockbuster and rented Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl. All 5 of us (plus dog) were gathered 'round the SONY 32" flat screen, with a bowl of crunchy, low fat (but too salty, we all agreed) cheddar-cheese flavored Pita Snax.
I, of course, had my sock-in-progress. Round and round on my two Skacel Addi Turbo circular needles I flew... all the way to the requisite 7"! But then came the part where I had to translate the directions for double-points to two circulars, AND increase for the strong heel, and guess what... that sexy Johnny Depp made me mess up! Of course, I didn't discover my mistake in reading the directions until several hours and several rows worth of incorrect increases later. So, this morning, I frogged back about a million rows and then tinked and tinked until I got myself all re-set with the right number of stitches on each needles, etc. etc. etc.
It's all that Johnny Depp's fault.

I'm impressed! No further comments except for two things....goodluck and congratulations! 107628785

You actually thought you could knit through Johnny Depp as a swashbuckling anti-hero?!!! You're more dedicated to knitting than I...LOL. Of course, I saw the movie -- twice -- on the big screen where no one could tell I was drooling.
